Throughout the course of our new Master's Degree in Management of People-Centered Organizations, students participated in various activities that aim to develop their ability to lead institutional transformation teams in their organizations.
As part of the course “Major Contemporary Challenges,” we welcomed Santiago Fontanarrosa, VP of Technology at Globant, as our guest to talk about “Green IT”.
This practice aims to minimize environmental damage by reducing energy consumption in the workplace and making more efficient use of resources. This emerging trend has become a key element in the sustainability agenda of people-centered organizations. The objective of this activity is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and develop environments that foster innovation and transform organizations.
Likewise, last Monday students from our Master's program participated in a Outdoor Day led by Professor Juan Daraio and Psychologist Julián Pagliarecci, along with the team of Rosario Outdoors. The theme of the day was focused on self-knowledge and teamwork and sought to develop in the participants person-centered feedback techniques, a key axis to strengthen interpersonal bonds and development.
