She was born in Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut, on 11/1/1961. She is a national teacher of English (INSPLV, 1985), a lawyer (UMSA, 1992), a specialist in Administrative-Economic Law (UCA, 1998) and a doctor of Law (UBA, 2006).
Incorporated into the Institute of Administrative Law of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires and the Institute of Federalism of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Córdoba. It is part of the
International Academy of Comparative Law based in Paris. Deputy Director of the Journal of Administrative Law (Buenos Aires: Abeledo Perrot).
Former executive director of the Argentine Journal of Energy, Hydrocarbons and Mining Law (Buenos Aires: Ábaco).
Author of a book and more than 200 articles in specialized legal journals and newspapers. She received, among others, the “Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation” Award, Ac. 6/91 (1995).
She is a teacher at the Universidad Austral, at the Catholic University of Argentina and at the UBA, among others.
