This program is ideal for those seeking to update their knowledge in International Relations or those considering postgraduate studies and wanting to take their first steps. All four modules are creditable toward our Master's in International Relations.
The diploma program aims to deepen knowledge of politics and economics in a dynamic world. The current pandemic has presented all national and international actors with the difficult task of rethinking the future we want.
It offers the possibility of reflecting on the international reconfiguration based on the history and current state of international relations, with an emphasis on Argentina and the region.
FABIÁN CALLE
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (University of Buenos Aires), Specialization in International Economic Strategy (University of Buenos Aires), Master of Arts in International Relations (FLACSO), Master of Arts in International Relations (University of Bologna), Specialization at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C., PhD Candidate in History (UTDT). He is a Professor at UCA, UCEMA, and Universidad Austral Austral. He was a Professor at the University of Bologna, UBA, the Joint War College of the Armed Forces, UTDT, and ISEN. He has served as an analyst for the General Staff of the Navy and as an Advisor to the Minister of Defense. He was appointed by France as a member of the group of leaders of the future. He has also served as Academic Director of ISEN.
EDUARDO FRACCHIA
Industrial Engineer and Economics graduate from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Completed the Doctoral Program at IESE Business School. Full-time Professor in the Economics Department, Business School of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Universidad Austral (IAE), since 1989. He teaches classes in all the Programs of IAEMBA, Executive MBA, Senior Management, Management Development, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. He is the Director of the Economics Department at the IAEHe has worked at ECLAC (United Nations) and on the World Bank's 2712-AR project; in the State, at the Ministry of Public Works and Services and in the formation of ISEG (Higher Institute of Government Economists).
ANDRÉS FONTANA
Ph.D., Government, The University of Texas at Austin, 1987. MA, Government (Public Administration), The University of Texas at Austin, 1981. Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, University of Buenos Aires, 1976. He is a Full Professor of Argentine Foreign Policy at the Universidad Austral and Full Professor of International Security at the University of Buenos Aires. He has been Rector of the National Gendarmerie University Institute.
