This training program in journalism, media and parliamentary diplomacy is an innovative academic proposal in the Ibero-American sphere, aimed at understanding and operating at the intersection between representative institutions, media and international politics.
In a context characterized by the increasing complexity of political processes, the acceleration of information cycles, the expansion of social networks and technological transformation, the link between parliaments, journalism and media acquires a strategic centrality for democratic quality, institutional legitimacy and global governance.
The program is distinguished by its comprehensive approach, which combines conceptual analysis, real-world case studies, and practical tools, and by the quality of its faculty and institutional partnerships.

The total duration of the course is 30 academic hours , divided into ten sessions of three (3) academic hours each (two and a half hours plus breaks).
The sessions will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (GMT-3, Argentina time).
Mondays will focus on the perspective of journalism and media studies in relation to the foreign policy of parliaments; while Thursdays will focus on studies of the functioning of the political system and, in particular, on the diplomacy of the legislative branch of government, as well as its relationship with society, journalism and the media.
The course is structured in thematic modules that combine lectures, debates, case studies, practical analysis, and special sessions with guests.
