Presentation

The international scene is going through a period of profound transformations, marked by geopolitical tensions, technological acceleration and new regulatory standards in trade, sustainability, and innovation. In this context, strengthening the strategic capabilities of companies, governments, and organizations to interact internationally is becoming increasingly relevant.

During three intensive daysThe program offers a comprehensive view of these transformations and their implications for territorial development, combining conceptual frameworks with practical tools for the design of international insertion strategiesIt includes sessions with officials from the European Union, the OECD, the IDB, the CAF and key embassies such as the United States, Brazil and Chinaproviding direct access to cooperation and financing networks.

The program is structured in five modules that cover everything from the fundamentals of internationalization to advanced strategies of investment promotion and global positioningThroughout the days, work will be done success stories and practical exercises of diagnosis and strategic planning, facilitating the concrete application of the contents.

Objective

The program "Internationalization as an Engine of Subnational Development" aims to strengthen the capacities of decision-makers in provincial and municipal governments, as well as actors from the private sector, international organizations and academia, in the design and implementation of international integration strategies with impact on the territorial development.
