“The best communication is that which enters naturally into the flow of the organization.” With that phrase, the professor Dolores Pereira Vázquez opened the fourth and last FC Graduates Meeting out of 2025Organized by the Faculty of Communication of the Universidad Austral, a space dedicated to exploring how communication can be a true lever for cultural transformation within organizations.
The activity, aimed at professionals linked to internal communication, employer branding and talent management, had as its central focus how transform organizational culture through communication.
As host, Dolores emphasized that communication requires adaptability: “These three profiles resonate with that communicator's DNA.” With these words, she welcomed the speakers. Together with graduates and colleagues, the guests shared experiences, lessons learned and specific cases on the role of communication as a platform for cultural transformation and as a tool for managing change from a strategic perspective.
Federico Böttcher She reflected: “Communication is not just about transmitting a message: it’s everything that happens before. It’s about navigating one’s own history, recognizing opportunities, and understanding what stage of communication we are at,” highlighting the importance of valuing the personal trajectory of each communicator.
“We are not just an area that provides visibility, we build culture. Real change arises when communication improves people's lives,” he emphasized. Soledad Veiga, when referring to the processes of active listening, diagnosis and innovation.
For its part, Roberto Dabusti He emphasized: “Everything is a constant learning process that is then capitalized on, every previous experience. Communicating is, above all, applying the human element to each context,” recalling his journey through different areas of social, corporate, and crisis management communication.
