Beyond the different political interpretations made regarding the debate on suspending the PASO primaries in the Chamber of Deputies, there is a general consensus that, in general terms, they favor the opposition parties, because they allow them to organize themselves, and they are not as useful to the forces in power, which generally organize themselves from the Government.
