In recent days, the courts accepted the requests for precautionary measures filed by two citizens who, with different particular circumstances, sought to suspend the increases in private health insurance premiums authorized by the National Executive Decree. One of these cases is the one brought by Eduardo Fabián Rabbia against OMINT, the father of a child with a disability, before the Federal Court of First Instance for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Litigation No. 1. The other is the one initiated by Marta Brauchli, a 78-year-old retiree, against the Italian Benevolent Society in Buenos Aires (Italian Hospital) before the Federal Court of First Instance for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Litigation No. 2.
