MAG. ING. ROBERTO S. CARNICER
He graduated as a Civil Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires, specialized in Structural Engineering at the Catholic University, and holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Sciences from the International Centre for Mechanical Sciences in Udine, Italy. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and Director of the Energy Institute of the aforementioned Academy.
He was in charge of the Special Calculations Division for Nuclear Power Plants at ENACE, and participated in various Nuclear Power Plant projects (Sweden, Spain, Belgium) at Siemens KWU, Germany.
Since 1996 he has developed Gas and Oil Consulting activities at Freyre & Asociados SA, where he is currently vice president and responsible for the commercial, technical, operational and regulatory areas for natural gas, liquefied gas, and LNG, assisting the sector in the private sector and state organizations in Latin America.
He has participated as a speaker in various National and International Seminars and Symposia (Purvin & Gertz, IHS, Argus, ICIS, Apla).
