A lawyer from the University of Concepción, he holds a Master's degree in Bankruptcy Law and Administration from the University of Barcelona, and a Master's degree in Economic Analysis of Law and Public Policies from the University of Salamanca. He has focused his professional practice in the areas of Bankruptcy Law, Private Property Law, and Regulatory Law. With several postgraduate training stays in Chile and abroad, he dedicates a large part of his professional activity to university education and is a frequent speaker at various academic events, both nationally and internationally, including consulting services on insolvency matters for the World Bank, INSOL International, and the Chilean Judicial Academy.
