The Department of Tax Law has six essential purposes that underpin its formation:
To cooperate in the training of legal and economic professionals committed to the search for truth and the common good through scientific research in this sector of law.
To cooperate with the scientific updating of its professors, at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
To encourage students of the Master's Degree in Tax Law (MDT) to engage in scientific research and to publish the resulting work.
Organize courses, conferences, congresses, colloquiums and seminars.
Promote the publication of research by its professors, students and graduates of the EDT and the MDT in the publications promoted by the Department: Argentine Journal of Tax Law and the Tax Law Library.
Integrate joint projects with other institutions and universities in the country and abroad.
