There is a constant challenge to add value to professional work by acquiring and consolidating tools and skills that allow for better adaptation to evolving demands. This program aims to address this need for legal and economic professionals by providing theoretical and practical opportunities for updating, discussing, and reflecting on the principles and foundations of insolvency law and the most frequent conflicts surrounding crisis and insolvency. To this end, it focuses on deepening knowledge of the legal framework and new trends in jurisprudence and legal doctrine, as well as the new technological realities surrounding insolvency proceedings.
With this objective, a program has been organized that brings together distinguished professors from various sectors of the profession. This allows for an integrated approach that addresses the diverse perspectives and viewpoints of insolvency law institutions.
The program takes place online on Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., ending on November 18.
