"As soon as I finished my law degree, I knew I wanted to pursue a master's degree, but for various reasons, I ended up doing it about five years after graduating. When deciding where to study, Austral University always seemed like a good option. After completing the Master's in Business Law at Austral, I can say with great satisfaction that it was the best decision I could have made. Professionally, the faculty is top-notch, and the materials are always up-to-date. The classes are very dynamic, and the case method is excellent for learning the topics covered. In particular, I found it very positive to have to adopt different roles when resolving cases. On a personal level, the professors, the university staff in general, and my fellow students in the master's program were all outstanding. There is a great sense of camaraderie and support, but above all, a lot of human warmth. To this day, I remain in contact with my classmates and several of my professors. In short, I had the best experience, and that's why I highly recommend the Master's in Business Law at Austral University." Universidad Austral to those who are interested in carrying out this type of study."

"My experience at the MDE (Master's in Business Law) has been excellent, with an overwhelmingly positive outcome both academically and socially. Academically, the program is extremely comprehensive, covering each and every challenge a company might face from its inception, such as its organization, its relationships with other businesses, its relationship with its employees, insolvency, and so on. I also want to highlight the distinguished faculty of the MDE, their kind, approachable, and generous approach to knowledge sharing. The case method fosters debate and brings the study of law closer to professional practice, making each class a very enriching experience from which we gain valuable resources for our professional work. Socially, I want to emphasize the excellent treatment and helpfulness of everyone involved in organizing the MDE, the diverse and nationwide nature of my classmates, with whom we have formed a very good team and established lasting relationships that allow us to have a network of cooperation among colleagues throughout the country. Without a doubt, in addition to being educational, the MDE has been..." recreational".

“My experience was absolutely positive and enriching, both professionally and personally. Professionally, the excellence of the professors, with their extensive experience in each subject, greatly increased the level and depth of my knowledge, including non-legal topics that are nonetheless directly related to my professional practice as a business consultant. This allows me to currently address and resolve a wide variety of issues that arise in my professional work. Personally, I would like to highlight the excellent group of classmates with whom I forged lasting relationships, as well as the support provided by the faculty and those who run the MDE program.”

"The Master's in Economics (MDE) represented a significant step forward for me in many ways. It was a high-quality program that I diligently pursued from beginning to end, knowing that it allowed me to attend classes taught by renowned professors in an environment conducive to the exchange of ideas and that it fostered the development of a practical approach to each problem. My former classmates deserve special mention; we formed a diverse yet close-knit group that keeps us in touch and allows us to support each other professionally. Without a doubt, the MDE opened many doors for me, and I can now navigate my professional path with greater confidence and maturity."

The faculty's educational methodology is based on the case method, which it pioneered in Argentina and throughout the Spanish-speaking world. Through its implementation, the program aims to develop the skills and abilities necessary for providing legal counsel to businesses by analyzing cases with scientific rigor and depth. It cultivates the capacity to resolve complex legal problems naturally, skillfully, creatively, and confidently.
The use of this practical methodology provides effective training in legal reasoning and argumentation within the field of business law, eliminating passivity and fostering student engagement throughout the learning process. The excellent results achieved over more than thirty years demonstrate this.
Through the personalized academic advising system, a smooth relationship with professors is guaranteed. Each participant is assigned a professor with whom they meet regularly to discuss their academic and professional progress. In these meetings, professional and personal matters that affect academic performance often arise and are addressed appropriately.
Furthermore, the personal advisor's opinion on the student's abilities and potential is crucial when analyzing candidates to meet the demands for qualified lawyers in our programs, which are frequently submitted to us by companies, law firms, and other institutions.
For this reason, personalized academic advising of students is an important aspect of the educational function carried out in our Faculty. The objective is to help students in every way that can contribute to improving their academic performance and their participation in university life.
The Faculty of Law has a comprehensive and demanding General Regulation for Postgraduate Studies, which governs the lives of the various actors in all its postgraduate programs: directors, professors, officials, and students.
