This Forum on Latin American Constitutional Law has as its main objective to hold meetings periodically to discuss a current and prevalent topic in the field.

In this edition, 20 years after the creation of the control of conventionality, it proposes a generational dialogue on its evolution, its current state and the challenges it represents for legal operators in the region.

How did the control of conventionality evolve in its first 20 years, and what challenges does it face today for legal practitioners in Latin America?
