Administrative law is undergoing a profound transformation within the framework of the contemporary constitutional state. The new Journal of Administrative Law in the Constitutional State of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Austral It was created as a rigorous and pluralistic space for academic debate, research and the exchange of ideas among jurists from Argentina and Latin America.
What challenges does administrative law face in light of the constitutionalization of the legal system? How is the protection of fundamental rights articulated with the actions of the State? The journal we are presenting today seeks to be the forum where these questions find rigorous and up-to-date answers.
This publishing milestone brings together in its first issue leading specialists from Argentina, Peru and Uruguay, and consolidates the Faculty of Law's leadership in Ibero-American academic production in public and administrative lawWe invite you to be part of this launch.
