Methodology

The Faculty's teaching system is based on the case method, in whose use we have been pioneers in Argentina and throughout the Spanish-speaking world.

This method has been adapted from its origins in American law and business schools to suit the characteristics and needs of Argentine law. Thus, our methodology begins with an in-depth study of the theory, followed by its application to the resolution of practical cases.

This allows students to develop a deep critical sense in the analysis of institutions and situations in the world of Law, establishing in them a strong legal mentality that leads them to analyze with scientific rigor and depth a multitude of complex legal problems, and to solve them naturally.

The case method, understood in this way, has proven to be an exceptional tool in practical training, both for developing legal reasoning and argumentation skills and for eliminating student passivity throughout the learning process. It has been applied with excellent results at the Faculty for almost twenty-five years, at both the postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
