The Master's Degree in Communication Management in Organizations (MGCO) is a postgraduate program designed for those who wish to influence, through communication, the destiny of the company or institution they are part of, with Effective strategies and tools that link Communication with Strategic Management. With traditional with 25 years of experience, The MGCO has supported the training of the main leaders in communication and public relations in the country and the region, in a context of permanent transformation of the discipline.
From its curriculum, it stands out for presenting a comprehensive vision of the profession, focusing on the development of the skills and abilities assumed by the teams and leaders of an Institutional Communication Department, These areas include brand image management, marketing communications, public affairs, crisis communication, and media relations. All of these topics align with the organization's purpose and converge in various behaviors, messages, and channels that must be managed.
With a work methodology focused on case analysis and GamingTheoretical and practical learning is complemented by training in crisis management. In this way, We aim for our graduates to have unique skills to meet the changes that society demands of institutions.

To train and educate specialists in the management of internal and external communications of companies, organizations and institutions.
To transmit specialized knowledge, methodologies, thought patterns, skills and techniques that allow the student to direct or accompany the management and organization of communication departments or areas in companies or institutions.
To provide the necessary skills that help the student to develop professional intervention and research processes that serve as assistance and help to solve problems related to corporate communication.
To offer a solid human training, to form individuals who have the capacity for self-motivation, knowledge of the ethical rules of the profession and understanding of the value of communication as a strategic element in the culture of an organization.
The master's program schedule is organized into 6 blocks of 6 weeks. In each block we offer various subjects, both compulsory and optional.
The choice of subjects is free in each block. There is no minimum or maximum amount you can sign up for, although We recommend taking 2 subjects in each block.
Free choice and combination
Subject A: Friday from 8:30 to 13:30 or 9 to 13 h.
Subject B: Fridays from 15 to 20 pm and 14 to 19 pm.
Subject C: Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Some optional subjects can be taken on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
TOTAL DEDICATION
Between 18 and 24 months, depending on the dedication you choose in each block.
