Presentation

The Design-Led Open Innovation Program provides tools to lead collaborative innovation processes, integrating organizations, startups, and other ecosystem stakeholders. Through design methodologies, experiential learning, and a hands-on lab, participants develop the skills to create innovative solutions, transform organizations, and drive new products, services, processes, and business models.

 

  • Develop capabilities to lead open innovation, integrating companies, startups, universities, governments and other actors to generate high-impact solutions.
  • Apply design as a driver of innovationusing people-centered methodologies to identify opportunities and create new products, services, and business models.
  • Combine theory with practice, through an Open Innovation Lab where participants work on real challenges with current tools and methodologies.

Open Innovation Lab

The program is delivered in person , in an Open Innovation Lab format , divided into 5 modules per semester over 4 months . Each module consists of two 8-hour sessions (16 hours per module), and is complemented by 8 hours of Zoom for consultations and 12 hours of asynchronous work.

* Each module addresses a thematic unit with specific objectives, methodologies and skills, combining individual and group work.
