What skills will a master's degree provide me?

As a Master in Communication for Change Management, you will be able to lead knowledge management and organizational learning processes, whether through the management of new projects or the improvement of procedures related to performance evaluation, climate measurement, training or career development for specific communities of practice, among other tasks.

You will be skilled in designing and supporting the management of cultural change, incorporating the communication dimension into innovation projects or developing broader intervention proposals in organizational culture.

You will be able to use this knowledge in your leadership role and train other leaders in communication skills for management. Specifically, it will incorporate skills for talent management and for building high-performing teams.

You will have internalized knowledge to perform internal communication diagnoses and design interventions aimed at overcoming communication or relational blocks.
