Training plan

Residents attend the academic course at AAARBA twice a week in the afternoon. This training is supplemented by weekly classes at the hospital—usually on Fridays—and activities involving reading and analyzing scientific literature. Once a month, the department holds a clinical case conference, during which a real clinical case from the hospital is presented and discussed.

In addition to theoretical classes, residents participate in multiple simulation activities at AAARBA, including PALS and ACLS courses, whose certification must be renewed every two years.

Life in the Residence

If we had to define ourselves in one word, it would be TEAMWe work with commitment and collaboration, supporting each other and building a strong spirit of camaraderie that is reflected in our daily practice.
