Actions with Teachers
The Department of Biomedical Education provides pedagogical support to teachers in all undergraduate programs at FCB through personalized support and classroom observations.
Due to the context of Covid-19 and the virtualization of teaching, this support is prioritized over other tasks, through the preparation of documents on teaching in virtual format, use of available tools and evaluation.
- It conducts surveys on the educational quality of undergraduate degrees and entrance courses to identify opportunities to improve teaching and define future courses of action.
She conducts various training programs aimed at promoting reflection on daily practices and providing concrete tools to improve teaching. From 2017 to 2019, she held Reflection Workshops with undergraduate faculty. These workshops focused on teacher training by starting with reflection on their own practices, based on a selection of topics such as teaching strategies and assessment.
