Lucio is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of San Andrés and holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Torcuato Di Tella University.

He worked at the CNCE of the Ministry of Production, as a senior analyst at Elypsis, and at the Center for Evidence-Based Policy Evaluation (CEPE). He currently serves as Head of the Tax Policy Department at the UIA, where he constantly monitors the various tax agendas at the national, provincial, and municipal levels and develops policy proposals to improve industrial competitiveness.
