Last Monday, September 2nd, at the School of Education, the training “Keys to improving reading comprehension” was held, taught by the creator of the Glifing method, Lic. Montserrat García Ortiz, organized by the Pilar Educational Hub.
During the meeting, the specialist shared how different learning styles influence students' cognitive development, as well as the identification and approach to specific difficulties that may arise in this process.
The importance of understanding these individual differences was highlighted in order to adapt pedagogical strategies with the aim of improving both academic performance and students' emotional well-being. Furthermore, the Glifing program, as an innovative cognitive training tool, was analyzed in depth to determine how it can enhance children's reading skills, especially for those facing challenges such as dyslexia.
