There are 3 challenges in this project that brings together an engineering team from the Faculty:

• To objectify the developer's (Person's) performance
• Find a record of developer actions related to Product Quality
• Separate the product and project management from the quality of the Development Process

In summary, these are Metrics for the 3Ps

The question posed in this research is: Is it possible to identify quality patterns associated with each of the dimensions of person, process, and product using metrics derived from version control repositories?
