Master's degree in Educational Policy from Torcuato Di Tella University and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrano. She has extensive experience in academic management. She is the Director of Outreach and Transfer at the School of Education of the Universidad Austral where she previously served as director of studies. She is an adjunct professor in Introduction to Institutional Evaluation in the Specialization and Master's programs in Educational Institution Management at the Universidad Austral. She is a member of the board of directors of the School of Education of the Universidad Austral She is a member of the board of directors of the Pilar Educational Hub. She was also Director of the Department of Faculty Evaluation at the Inter-American Open University and an adjunct professor in the Specialization in University Teaching program, teaching university teaching practices. She has experience in evaluation processes, accreditation of undergraduate and graduate programs, and institutional self-evaluation. She also served as an advisor at the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), where she worked on the development and implementation of a quality assurance and certification model for public administration agencies. She has taught at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and has provided training to companies.
