Cecilia is an MBA, a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Administration from the Catholic University of Argentina.
He has 30 years of experience in administration, management, accounting, taxes and finance in national and multinational companies.

Currently, he serves as General Manager at Grupo MSH SA, a company that designs and develops customized architectural solutions through an interdisciplinary team.

In academia, he was a tenured professor of Accounting Techniques I and II at UCA (1994–2007). Since 2023, he has taught Introduction to Accounting and Basic Accounting at the Universidad Austral.
