He holds a Master's degree and is a Specialist in the Management of Educational Institutions (Universidad AustralHe holds a Diploma in Education and New Technologies (FLACSO), a Bachelor's degree in Educational Management and Supervision (Catholic University of Argentina), and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (Argentine University of Business). He completed his pedagogical training, receiving his teaching certification from the Higher Institute of Teacher Training. Throughout his teaching career, he has specialized in educational management and the use of technology to facilitate teaching and learning.

In the field of educational management, he held leadership and management positions in the province and city of Buenos Aires at all educational levels. He was the director of the Bachelor's and Systems Engineering programs at the Catholic University of Salta in Buenos Aires, the Technical Coordinator of the Engineering programs at the Buenos Aires branch of the same university, and the Coordinator for the accreditation process of the Engineering programs before CONEAU (National Commission for University Evaluation and Accreditation).

He taught at the secondary and higher education levels in engineering, teacher training, and educational management programs at various public and private universities. He also works privately as a consultant and advisor to educational institutions.

He currently serves as a principal at the secondary level and general director in the City of Buenos Aires and as a professor at the School of Education of Austral University.
