Within the framework of the subject “Strategic Context Management” of the second year of the MBA in Agribusiness of the Universidad AustralThe students visited the "Las Cabezas" ranch in Entre Ríos: an 18-hectare property that houses the Agro-industrial Innovation Hub of FERSAM Agroindustrial.

They were received by the Engineer. Juan Pablo Carrera, CEO of Fersam, and by Joaquin Arribillaga, Agricultural Production Manager at Fersam and ValidagroThey both shared a deep understanding of the company's business model and the main objectives of the Hub, conceived as a space for validating technologies applied to agricultural ventures.

In addition, the students worked on the case study “United Producers of Rafaela”, developed by the professors Carolina Beltramino y Bernardo Piazzardi, which analyzes the problem of setbacks from urban areas for agricultural operations in the use of pesticides.

These experiential learning opportunities, along with case studies as a teaching method, significantly enrich the master's program's academic offering. Direct contact with industry leaders and the analysis of real-world situations allow students to develop a strategic, critical, and applied perspective, strengthening their ability to make complex decisions in changing contexts.
