In the midst of a constantly changing real estate market, in a context where three types of rental contracts coexist simultaneously: those that are updated once a year by ICL (under Law 27.551, sanctioned in mid-2020 and initiated before mid-October 2023), those that increase every six months by Casa Propia (under the updated regulations since October 2023); and those that are closing agreements freely between the parties since the officialization of the DNU - on December 29, 2023 -; when renting a property, owners and future tenants come into contact to try to find the best way to guarantee their own interests.
