A graduate in Law, with a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the Autonomous Technological University of Mexico (UTAM) and a Diploma in Contracts from the same university. She currently serves as the Intellectual Property and Trademark Coordinator for UPL Open Ag Latam, acting as the point of contact for coordinating IP matters in Latin America (trademarks, patents), managing the Latin American trademark portfolio, providing in-house legal counsel, and developing strategies for the defense and protection of intellectual property assets.
