Graduated with a degree in Political Science (UCA, December 1982) and Law degree (UBA, December 1985). Mediator (Universidad AustralJune 1998). Specialist in Non-Profit Organizations (UTDT/San Andrés, August 2009).
For 25 years he worked as a lawyer in private practice, being an associate of the Allende & Brea Law Firm (1985/1991), member of the area and Legal Manager of Citibank NA (1992/1998) and finally partner of the Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi Law Firm.
He later decided to dedicate himself to public life, working in the Chief of Staff's Office of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and then as Director General of Concessions for the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (2013-2015). From 2015 to 2023, he served as Attorney General of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
He has been appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Austral for the period 2025/2027, a position he currently holds.
For more than 40 years he has taught at the university without interruption, mainly at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, and also at the University of Buenos Aires.
He has participated as a speaker in numerous forums and academic activities. He is the author of several publications and a member of the board of directors of various social and professional organizations.
She has undertaken study and exchange trips abroad, and has received various awards for her publications and professional work.
