The Graduates and Professional Development department, led by María Manson, hosted a new meeting that brought together, at our Pilar Campus, representatives from the Graduates, Professional Development and Fundraising areas of public and private universities, in a day focused on the exchange of experiences, shared reflection and the construction of new opportunities for collaboration.
This space, which for the third consecutive year had the Universidad Austral As a venue, it is consolidated as an instance of dialogue between institutions that share common challenges and seek to strengthen their work with students, graduates, companies and the university community in general.
During the session, participants shared best practices, analyzed strategies implemented in their institutions, and discussed new ways to support the various stages of the professional journey of those who pass through our classrooms. They also addressed experiences related to network development, communication with diverse audiences, and building lasting relationships.
Year after year, the growth in participation reflects the value of these types of meetings, where peer learning, active listening and the possibility of thinking together become key tools for continued improvement.
We are proud to be part of an open-door university that understands that generating synergies with peers, adding perspectives and sharing experiences enriches the institutional project.
