Judiciary should be subject to public scrutiny like other powers, says Argentine jurist

Considering that freedom of expression is two human rights, by definition, it should not be possible to limit its exercise. It would also be necessary for legislators to foresee situations in which the abusive use of direct speech, in which the speech causes harm to other people or prejudices to society, may cause its author to be held responsible, perhaps criminally.
