A new proposal from Universidad Austral which seeks to meet the growing demand for skills in the labor market, within the framework of the 30th anniversary of the creation of its Faculty of Engineering.
Buenos Aires, August 30th.- The Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad Austral offers the first Diploma in Artificial Intelligence to meet the growing demand for skills in the labor market and to promote innovation and technological advancement.
Under the direction of Claudio RighettiA distinguished professional with a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires, the proposal is geared towards graduates from various fields, students, project managers, entrepreneurs, commercial managers, team leaders and independent professionals.
With an online format, the diploma program also seeks to address the social and economic impacts of AI, facilitate professional updating and retraining, and promote interdisciplinarity among professionals from different fields.
Furthermore, it provides an opportunity for students to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a world driven by artificial intelligence.
Among the objectives of the academic proposal are to provide the theoretical and practical frameworks related to AI, to deepen the knowledge of its fundamental principles, to learn and delve deeper into techniques and tools such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative Artificial Intelligence, and to acquire knowledge in the different transversal applications.
Among its teaching staff are prominent figures in the sector, such as the Masters in Data Mining and Knowledge Management from the Universidad Austral, Adriana Baravalle and Pablo Galiana; the Master's degrees in Data Exploitation and Knowledge Discovery from the University of Buenos Aires, Horacio Arrigo y Juan Pablo Sokil; the Master of Business Administration IAE Business School, Ignacio Berdiñas; and the Doctors of Economic Sciences from the UBA, Martin Masci and in Engineering of the Universidad Austral, Agustín Olmedo.
