We celebrate the closing of the first edition of the Agribusiness Management Program of the Agribusiness and Food Center of the Universidad Austral in Tucumán. This training program, developed in conjunction with the Foundation of TucumánIt brought together leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals from the region's agribusiness sector in a unique space for updating, strategic analysis and network building.

During the meetings, the main challenges of the agri-food business were addressed from a comprehensive, practical, and collaborative perspective. With the academic seal of the Universidad AustralThe program strengthens leadership and management skills in a context of constant transformation. Each stage of the process provides an opportunity for diagnosis and critical analysis of the current situation, structuring elements that, when integrated, will form the improvement proposal at the end of the program.

El Agribusiness Management Program Its objective is to train leaders in decision-making and provide them with tools for business design and restructuring. We thank the Tucumán Foundation for making this strategic alliance possible and each participant for being an active part of this first edition, which marks the beginning of a path of training and networking in the productive heart of northern Argentina.
