As every year, the Agribusiness and Food Center of the Universidad Austral participated in the Annual Conference of the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association (IFAMA), held in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, in the Harven Agribusiness School.

During the event, which brought together leading figures from academia, business, international organizations and governments from more than 40 countries, our Center presented 2 academic papers, 3 case studies and coordinated a workshop on writing and preparing classes using the case methodology, led by professors Roberto Feeney, Ana Inés Navarro, Pablo Mac Clay and Guillermo Bort.

In addition, the Director of the Agribusiness and Food Centre, Bernardo Piazzardi, as a member of the IFAMA Board, participated in the decision regarding the venue for the next global meeting: IFAMA 2026 will take place in Cork, Ireland.
