Our school hosted the event: "Rosario City of Science, Technology and Innovation”, organized by our University in conjunction with the Foundation Rosario.
During the event, which brought together leading figures in the city's science and technology fields, we explored the MasterMind methodology under the expert guidance of facilitator Ximena Muñoz Vivas (IDT Director), who shared valuable insights on how to think differently and generate impact in a constantly changing world.
We delved into the world of Design Thinking, challenging conventions by approaching the concept without relying on traditional "post-it notes," and set out to develop a strategic vision to identify actions that would enhance Rosario as a hub for science, technology and innovation.
Among the topics discussed, one of the most notable was the importance of overcoming the fear of rejection. We remembered that, with clear goals, well-defined strengths, and a solid strategic vision, we have the ability to generate a positive impact on our community and our surroundings. We recognized that collaboration and networking can play a fundamental role in this process, and we understood that human development is a crucial factor for long-term progress. To summarize, we emphasized the "CHA-CHA-CHA" formula: Knowledge, Skill, and Attitude.
At the University, our commitment to continue promoting activities that add value and foster the advancement of science and new technologies in the region is a central effort, as we recognize the development of innovation and community service as central pillars of our vision as an institution.
