A bioengineer from the National University of Entre Ríos, he holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Autonomous Metropolitan University (Mexico) and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. He is a Principal Investigator at CONICET and a Full Professor at the National University of Entre Ríos and the National University of the Littoral. He directs the Cybernetics Laboratory (UNER) and is a member of the Institute for Research in Signals, Systems and Computational Intelligence (UNL-CONICET).
