Can the study of human provident actions illuminate our understanding of divine providence?
This international symposium, part of the Human and Divine Providence Project(*), seeks to offer an original answer to this question by examining human provident action as a source of metaphors that are specifically suited to the richness of personal action, and therefore to the providence of a personal God.
The event, which will be entirely in English It will cover a wide range of topics, including the virtue of prudence, grace, natural contingency, free will, nature, and technology, and will feature 10 presentations and plenty of time dedicated to discussion.
