More than 230 people participated in three days of mission in the neighborhood, combining support for families, liturgical celebrations, and community work.

During Holy Week, the Universidad Austral He carried out a new mission, an initiative that brought together 230 people —mostly students— along with the chaplains Luis Caballero, Emiliano Hong, Manuel de Elía and Juan María Gallardo.

Over three days, the missionaries walked through the neighborhood, visiting families house by house, creating opportunities for gathering and inviting them to participate in the celebrations. The sacrament of confession was a central focus of the mission, offering residents the chance to reconcile with their faith and renew their spiritual lives. They also blessed homes and offered support to the sick.

In parallel, a joint community project was developed between students and neighbors, focused on the construction of the chapel's multipurpose hall. This space will be used for after-school activities, catechism classes, and various programs for the neighborhood community.

The mission also included recreational activities for children, strengthening the bond with families and creating meeting spaces for all ages.

As a central part of the experience, the ceremonies of the Easter Triduum were celebrated —Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday—, which marked the profound meaning of these days.

The mission concluded with a blessing of the Blessed Sacrament for the missionaries, followed by a bonfire with guitar music and a celebration of Easter lived in community.
