Advisor and Academic Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Administrative Law

Lawyer (National University of La Matanza), Diploma in Legal Theory and Legal Argumentation, Master in Administrative Law and Doctor of Law (Universidad Austral).

In his professional career, he has served in the Judiciary of the Province of Buenos Aires, at the law firm Tallone & Associates, and as legal advisor to the President of the State Property Administration Agency. He currently works as a consultant for government agencies, associations, and scientific societies, both nationally and internationally, on matters related to health law.

In his academic career, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law. He teaches in the Law program, the Master's program in Administrative Law, and the Diploma programs in Human Rights and Health Law. He is also the Academic Coordinator of the Law program, Coordinator of the Master's program in Administrative Law, and a member of the Academic Council of the Diploma program in Health Law.

In recent years, he has been a visiting professor at the University of Navarra in Pamplona, ​​Spain, and a visiting professor at the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, Ecuador. He is the author of several publications on the regulation of rights and health. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the Institute of Legislative Studies of the Argentine Federation of Bar Associations.
