The very broad scope of the Omnibus Bill sent by the Executive Branch to Congress fails to conceal a key aspect: the reforms regarding “Economic Reorganization” (Title III) and particularly regarding energy (Chapter IX), given the international appeal of Vaca Muerta, Argentina's energy jewel, as evidenced by two charts in a document circulated by Jorge Sapag, former governor of Neuquén.
