We are excited to share our participation in the ACT4SDGs (Act for Sustainable Development Goals) project, supported by Erasmus, in collaboration with 13 other Latin American and European universities. This initiative is designed to strengthen our educational practices, aligning them with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This project represents a significant step in building a more sustainable educational future, highlighting our commitment to educational quality and our active contribution to addressing global challenges.

What is ACT4SDGs and why is it important to us?

ACT4SDGs is an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to society, preparing future generations to face global challenges. In an increasingly interconnected world, education plays a crucial role in developing critical thinkers and agents of change. This project seeks not only to strengthen the quality of teaching, but also to infuse the principles of the SDGs into the core of our education.

Teaching Practices: The Fundamental Pillar

At the heart of ACT4SDGs, we highlight the implementation of innovative teaching practices as our fundamental pillar. We are committed to continuously empowering our faculty with the tools and skills necessary to guide our students toward more meaningful learning that is connected to global realities. We continually strive to develop students' critical thinking skills and their ability to successfully address current global issues, motivating them to contribute positively to their communities.

Building a Sustainable Future with Educational Foundations

Within the framework of our sustainability plan, the ACT4SDGs initiative helps us sow the seeds for educational change, building the foundations for a more sustainable future. The infrastructure and policies we will establish will ensure our impact is lasting and that every educational action contributes to achieving the SDGs.
