She holds a PhD and a degree in Physics from the University of Buenos Aires and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra. She began her teaching career at the University of Buenos Aires in 1988 and has been a Professor at the [unspecified institution] since 1997. Universidad AustralShe was a CONICET fellow from 1993 to 1996. She has directed or participated in twelve research projects funded by public or private entities. She received the University of Buenos Aires' Scientific and Technological Production Award in 1993, 1994, and 1995. Her research in optics has resulted in more than thirty-five presentations at conferences and publications in specialized international journals. She lived in Rome from 2003 to 2006, conducting research in the Philosophy of Science. Since receiving her doctorate in Philosophy in 2007, she has dedicated herself to research in the Philosophy of Physics. She was Director of Studies at the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad Austral In the period 1997-2002, Director of Research of that same Faculty in the years 2002, 2007-2008 and Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs of the Universidad Austral the years 2008-2010. He currently directs the Institute of Philosophy of the Universidad AustralHis main area of current interest is the interdisciplinary dialogue between science, philosophy, and theology. He is a member of the editorial board of the journals Zygon, Arbor, Studia Poliana, Nature and Freedom, and Quaerentibus.
