An education expert with studies in Argentina and abroad, and a long career in public service—including as head of teacher training in the Macri administration—Cecilia Veleda's experience during the pandemic lockdown sparked an idea: to showcase how educational policy is made in the country. She used the time to speak with ministers, secretaries, and department heads from every province, who shared the day-to-day operations of their ministries and how decisions are made that ultimately (or not) reach classrooms.
