From the Agribusiness and Food Center of our University, we designed and carried out an In Company experience together with the company "Futures and Options" (FYO) accompanying the organization on its journey towards the adoption of artificial intelligence.

In-Company programs are educational solutions tailored to the needs of an organization, aimed at contributing to the comprehensive training and development of the members of the business community, promoting the professional and human growth of those who work within it.

This program included training on innovation, strategy, and the impact of AI in related industries, a key meeting with Mariano Andividria, VP of Technology of Globant, on new business models powered by AI and a personalized potential assessment in different business units.

Finally, there was a teamwork session aimed at identifying specific opportunities for AI applications within the company, focusing on action and next steps.
