Throughout 2024, we have witnessed technological shifts, advances, and setbacks, resulting in an increasingly hyperconnected information society that demands concrete and effective legislative solutions. The dynamics of these new technological advances are overwhelming us with a tsunami-like effect, while the law has decidedly been left to slumber. The legislative responses adopted by other countries require urgent attention, as they affect various fundamental aspects of the lives of Argentine citizens, such as their security, privacy, and assets, as well as, in particular, the health and psychological well-being of our children and adolescents.
