In the new episode of the Agribusiness and Food Center podcast, Bernardo Piazzardi, Director of CEAg, interviewed Manuel Pascual, New Business Manager and member of the steering committee of FERSAM Agroindustrial.

Manuel is a lawyer and has an MBA from the IAE Business School and London Business School. He has experience in the public sector as chief of staff of the undersecretary of economic development of the City of Buenos Aires and in the private sector as new business manager of family offices.

Throughout the talk, we explored how an establishment of more than 18.000 hectares in the humid pampas managed to transform itself into a business group and what were the pillars of that evolution.

We also talked about Validagro, the open innovation hub, of which the Universidad Austral He participates as a founding partner, which seeks to enable startups to validate technological solutions applied to agriculture in real field conditions.
