La School of Education of the Universidad Austral, in partnership with the Organization Delterra, carried out a new edition of the training course aimed at members of a recycling cooperative in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

The objective was strengthen personal and professional skills of those who play a fundamental role in waste management and in promoting environmental care in the city.

The program addresses topics such as:

• Interpersonal communication at work
• Teamwork
• Conflict prevention and negotiation fundamentals
• Fundamentals of personal finance
• Time management and personal organization
• Situations of gender-based violence
• Personal and professional motivation

This initiative seeks to contribute to the integral development of the participants, promoting more collaborative, equitable and sustainable work environments.
