All candidates must apply online and upload the corresponding documents.  The system allows the applicant to create a user and password, and to complete the application in stages.  Every applicant must submit the following:

  1. Application Form
  2. Photograph (passport-size)
  3. Passport
  4. Transcript of record issued and signed by the student’s university, in English or in Spanish.
  5. Proof of Spanish proficiency.  A B2.2 level is required for non-native speaker taking courses in Spanish.  A C1 is recommended though.  Please, check the following document: CEFR Level Descriptors.  Applicants can provide proof of language proficiency by submitting a certificate from a language institute/school, an official exam, a statement issued by his/her University attesting to his/her level, etc.
  6. Proof of English proficiency.  A B2.2 level is required for to non-native speakers taking courses in English.  There are several exams/certificates the student can provide: CEFR Level Descriptors – English B2 Exams.  A statement issued by the candidate’s University attesting to his/her level is also acceptable.
  7. Medical insurance (to be submitted not later than the first week of classes)
  8. Tuition fee (if applicable).  See the Payment Instructions for further orientation.

Failure to comply with this procedure or meet the deadlines may result in rejection.  Upon completion, the student will receive an acceptance letter via e-mail.  It typically takes two weeks to process the application.
